| Sitcom writing |
I applied for a writing position for a company that makes internet sitcoms about the advertising industry. I won't get the job, surely, but I thought I'd might as well see if I can do it. For the application, I had to write a 1-3 page scene about two advertisers trying to create a commerical about hybrid cars. I took the angle that hybrid cars aren't very manly vehicles. I think I could have done better, but I didn't want to spend too much time and effort on a job I won'tget anyway because I don't know much about advertising. But it was a fun little excercise. |
